A Rasashala is a traditional Ayurvedic pharmaceutical laboratory where medicines are prepared by hand using ancient classical methods passed down through generations. Unlike mass-produced Ayurvedic brands, our formulations follow Shastriya (classical text-based) methods — using precise Shodhana (purification), Marana (calcination), and Bhavana (trituration) processes. Bhasma are micro-fine metallic or mineral preparations that have been detoxified, purified, and transformed through a rigorous Ayurvedic process involving multiple rounds of heating (Puta) and quenching. When prepared correctly, they are completely safe and possess remarkable bioavailability. Our Bhasmas are prepared following classical references from texts like Rasaratna Samucchaya and are tested for proper calcination before release. Always consume under guidance of a qualified Vaidya.
